Ajouter le nouveau périphérique via Réglages > Dispositifs : flèche verte en fin de ligne. Donnez-lui un nom temporaire.

Dans l'onglet "températures" éditer l'ancienne sonde :
Puis "Remplacer :
Un menu apparaît alors, choisir la nouvelle sonde et valider avec OK. Renommez-là pour lui mettre le nom de l'ancienne sonde pour plus de cohérence, même si ce n'est pas obligatoire.

Voilà, c'est terminé ! Tout l'historique de température est maintenant lié à la nouvelle sonde.
